Clock Feng Shui
Did you know there are a few things to keep in mind when it comes to feng shui and your clock?
Good places to display your clock are in your kitchen and your living room.
Avoid placing clocks in the East, this is the family/health area , this can cause health problems to arise.
No clocks in the dinning room.
The Chinese believe it is bad luck to give a clock as a gift, as clocks measure the passage of time.
Never have clocks face the front door, this can cause an edgy feeling.
Always make sure the battery is good and time is correct, broken clocks represent stagnate time, toss it.
Never hang clocks or calendars on front or back doorways, clocks hung above doorways also bad for longevity, this symbolizes how many days are left in your life.
Best shape for clocks are round, hexagonal and octagonal.
Best place to display your clock is on the left side known as the dragon side or it may also be displayed on the front wall of your room , be mindful that the clock does not face the front door.
And finally, clock collections can be displayed in a long hallway or living room gallery style.
